Baileys and coffee make a match for the ages! These two delicious ingredients were made for each other, but how can you make that pairing even more indulgent?

By putting the Baileys in whipped cream, of course! Baileys Flavored Whipped Cream is the sinfully smooth and decadently rich treat your coffee has been waiting for. Slow down, kick your feet up, and treat yourself to a flavor for the ages with this incredible Irish Cream Whipped Cream!

Ingredients you need

Only three ingredients are required for making Baileys flavored whipped cream. Powdered, sugar, heavy cream, Baileys (Salted Caramel).
  • Whipping Cream: Heavy whipping cream has the right makeup and texture for whipping, but if you need a plant-based or lactose-free cream, use that as a one-to-one substitute.
  • Powdered Sugar: Powdered sugar helps to stiffen the cream. It also stabilizes the cream so it will stay nice and fluffy when out of the fridge.
  • Baileys: I love to use their salted caramel liqueur, but you can use any variety of Baileys that you enjoy.

How To Make Whipped Cream with Baileys From Scratch

  • Step One: Pour all ingredients into a tall mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer until very stiff.
  • Step Two: Spoon the mixture directly onto the coffee.

Alternatively, fill a pastry bag outfitted with a star-shaped tip and pipe the flavored whipped cream on top of your favorite coffee.

How to Store Baileys Whipped Cream

The flavored whipped cream can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Please keep it in an airtight container so it doesn’t take on a taste/smell from the fridge.

Products

  • Electric Hand Mixer: A handheld mixer allows you the ease and control you need to evenly whip this tasty Baileys whipped cream to nice stiff peaks. Try putting the beaters in the fridge for a little while before mixing. Using cold tools helps the whipped cream mix quickly and evenly.
  • High Mixing Bowl: Choose a mixing bowl with high sides to avoid splatter. Stainless steel is a great option because you can pop it in the fridge and the bowl will get nice and cold!
