Hi, I’m Nora — coffee lover, brewing professional, and your friendly guide through all things specialty coffee.
From long nights as a new mom to busy shifts as a radiological technologist, coffee has always been more than just caffeine — it’s been comfort, company, and a tiny daily joy.
What started with a home barista course quickly turned into a full-blown love story. Espresso, latte art, sensory training, filter brewing — I couldn’t get enough. That curiosity led me to the Specialty Coffee Association’s Coffee Skills Program, where I earned certifications in:
