I wanna introduce to you today, a delicious Strawberry Iced Coffee made with homemade cold brew, strawberry ice cream and a delicious Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream topping !
This delightful twist on the classic stirred iced coffee utilizes an electric hand mixer instead of a blender.
The addition of strawberry ice cream infuses your chilled cold brew beverage with a delectably sweet yet invigorating flavor.
As a delightful topping, I’m using a Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream-infused whipped cream, adding an extra layer of indulgence to your drink. Perfect for those seeking a refreshing change!
Last week, I shared with you the recipe for Iced Chocolate Coffee, which achieved a luxuriously creamy texture using a blender.
If opting for the hand mixer route, ensure your ice cream is slightly softened beforehand to avoid a messier and more time-consuming preparation.
Nobody wants to spend extra time scrubbing the kitchen afterward, right? ?
Ingredients you need

- Ice cold water
- Strawberry ice cream (creamy)
Garnish
- Heavy cream
- Powdered sugar
- Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream – Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream combines creamy richness with a hint of sweet strawberry flavor, offering a luscious and indulgent taste experience.

Top Tips
For a luxuriously creamy texture and faster preparation, opt for a blender.
You can also opt for an unstirred alternative. The magic of unstirred iced coffee is found in the opportunity to scoop your favorite ice cream and relish its flavors alongside the coffee.
Each spoonful is elevated by the unique blend, resulting in a delightful fusion of coffee and ice cream—a truly exquisite indulgence!

How to Cool Coffee Fast?
I particularly love using homemade cold brew in this recipe, but you can also quickly cool down espresso by brewing it directly over ice. Here are some methods for rapidly chilling hot coffee:
- Ice Bath Method: Submerge the container of hot coffee in a bowl or sink filled with ice water, stirring occasionally until cooled.
- Pour Over Ice: Simply pour hot coffee over a glass filled with ice cubes, gently stirring for thorough cooling.
- Refrigeration: Transfer hot coffee to a heat-resistant container and refrigerate until fully cooled, albeit requiring some time.
- Freezer: Pour hot coffee into an ice cube tray, freeze, and use the coffee ice cubes to chill fresh hot coffee without diluting its flavor.
