  • Simmer the sweetened condensed milk with star anise.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and return the mixture to a simmer. Whisk constantly for about five to ten minutes.
  • Strain the creamer and set it aside to cool. Once fully cooled, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate.

Instructions

  • Mix ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp Ground ginger, ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg, 4-5 pieces Cloves, ¼ tsp Ground allspice in a small bowl together to create a Christmas spice mix, and have it ready for use.

  • In a small pot, pour in1 ½ cup Sweetened Condensed milk and bring it to a low simmer with 3-4 pieces Star anise.

  • After the final simmer, we can strain the liquid into a glass container or glass bottle and leave it to cool down completely.
  • After it is cooled down to room temperature, close it and keep the creamer in the fridge.
