Equipment

  • Wooden spoon
  • Espresso machine Coffee maker
  • Serving glass

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Whole milk or a plant-based version
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin spice homemade or store-bought
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract optional
  • Double Espresso
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Ground cinnamon and cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  • Brew a Double Espresso into a pitcher or directly into your serving glass and set aside.

  • Add 1 cup Whole milk , 1 tbsp Pumpkin puree, 1 tsp Brown sugar, and 1 tsp Honey in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Do not boil!

  • Then add 1 tsp Pumpkin spiceand stir it in well with a whisk.

  • Optionally, add additional 1 Tsp Vanilla extract if you like.

  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Pour the previously brewed coffee into the serving glass and immediately top it off with the pumpkin milk.
  • Garnish your delicious drink with Whipped cream and dust it with Ground cinnamon and cocoa powder.

Notes

If the spice is too intense for you, I recommend reducing it to 1/2 teaspoon or 3/4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix.
