  • 27.05 fl oz Cold water filtered
  • 2.82 oz Coffee beans coarse ground

Instructions

  • Filter 27.05 fl oz Cold water.

  • Weigh 2.82 oz Coffee beans and grind (coarse ground).

  • Place the cold brew jar on your coffee scale.
  • Add the ground coffee to the filter inserted in the mason jar and tare.
  • Pour in the filtered water.
  • Close the jar and place it into the fridge.
  • Let it steep between 6 and 12 hours.
  • Unscrew the lid and remove the filter filled with wet coffee from the jar.
  • Allow it to drain briefly before removing it completely from the Mason jar to avoid discarding too much cold brew.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
