Weigh 2.82 oz Coffee beans and grind (coarse ground).

Place the cold brew jar on your coffee scale.
Add the ground coffee to the filter inserted in the mason jar and tare.
Pour in the filtered water.
Close the jar and place it into the fridge.
Let it steep between 6 and 12 hours.
Unscrew the lid and remove the filter filled with wet coffee from the jar.
Allow it to drain briefly before removing it completely from the Mason jar to avoid discarding too much cold brew.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
